Saniは女の子。Suriは猫。SaniはSuriがいなくなったので、いろんなところに行って探します。いろいろな場所、代わりに見つけたもの、身近な表現が沢山ありますね。
音読して、「その場面」を心の中に、絵で描いてみましょう。簡単な文ですが、日本語がいらなくなるまで、繰り返し読んでいきましょう。

Sani saw a long cat. And she saw a short cat. But she couldn't see Suri. Sani found a clean cat. And she found a dirty cat. But she couldn't find Suri. Sani searched / under here.
